Húlpakric1 is spoken by the Húlpakrans in northeastern Dalra, descendants of Pakrans who founded colonies along the northwestern Úrtal Sea long before the Dalrans conquered the region.
It's one of the most divergent of the pakric dialects, to the point that it could be considered a separate language altogether.

Writing System

Húlpakrans traditionally write using a variation of the pakran alphabet and, more recently, the dalran alphabet.

Geographical Distribution

Húlpakric is mostly spoken in the counties of Merema and Tirkþa in Vakúlstó, the eastern quarter of Dalra, and to lesser extend in the capital of Kilí and major coastal cities an both sides of the Úrtal Sea.

Vocabulary

Húlpakric has acquired numerous loanwords from the various emlatine peoples which the húlpakrans have fought and traded with for centuries, notably dalran, Ebþúkic, jorpic, Þekkalic and Enmohó.

1Original icelandic: húlpakríska.
