Kalixíalx is one of the seven provinces (alx) of the empire of Resak in Laxilþía, bordered by Pakróalx to the north, Apan-Ódolalx and Atal-Ódolalx to the east and Grúmalx to the south. It's located in the western part of the empire and covers the Kalis Swamp, heartland of the Rexans.
Kalixíalx is also notable for being the only imperial province of Resak, being directly governed by the its emperors as opposed to governors appointed by them.
Galrosáak covers Jakrúl Peninsula in northwestern Kalixíalx, its main settlement is the city of Glaxa.
Hónvelkáak covers the northern part of Kalixíalx, its main settlement is the city of Klis.
Kesvelkáak covers the southeastern part of Kalixíalx, its main settlement is the city of Súrklis.
Knúfaláak covers the central part of Kalixíalx, its main settlement is Arkis, capital of the province as well as the empire as a whole.
Noltáak covers the eastern part of Kalixíalx, and is both the center of apiculture and mead-making within the province. Its main settlement is the town of Tirdíos.
Zatváak covers the southwestern part of Kalixíalx, where the eponymous ancient city-state of Zató used to be. Its main settlement is the city of Skisíos.
