Another! The rabble shouted as their leader loomed from his wyvern skull throne. He looks down to his loyal follwers and can't help but reminice for when his knight mattered in the realm.
Now he sits atop a council of losers, scoundrels and thieves. Arler seeks the thrill of living once again but duty has bound him to this seat of bones.
A pinch of curried lamb, a dash of quicksilver ingot... ran out of squirrel tail, pig snout will do. This will be the year my dish wins the bake off.

Although the Enclave has no base in Skigwater, Vakian of the Marsh Faction resides in this harsh coastal town. He keeps an eye on the people but with most of them being criminals, he mostly sticks to his cottage on the outskirts of town, awaiting anyone that needs his help.
