Volyn District
This district is the banking and merchant district as well as the location of the prestigious Aldrecian University, It caters more to the upper class merchants. The goods sold here are more luxurious and expensive, and the shops and markets are more upscale.
Tung Manor: This grand mansion is the home of the Tung family, one of the most prominent merchant families in Skygarde. The manor features elaborate gardens, a spacious courtyard, and a grand hall with chandeliers and marble floors. The Tung family is known for their political affiliations and investing.
Located on the eastern side of upper Skygarde, Volyn is known for its old buildings and historical landmarks. The district is home to the Skygarde University, a prestigious institution of higher learning that attracts students from all over the world. Other notable places of interest include the Volyn Museum of Natural History and the Volyn Gardens, a beautiful park that's popular with local aristocrats.
The first alliance between the Mine Dwarves and the Skytracer's led to the formation of the first Bank. Bank of Eltrin is named after the original accountant who was able to set the Skytracer's and Grandhunter's as the wealthiest man and dwarf, respectively, in the realm.
