Spellstrung Guildhall
The Spellstrung Guildhall stands as a towering bastion of magical scholarship within the Melrin District, its dark oak walls lined with countless tomes chronicling the evolution of spellcraft. Grand archways lead into vast chambers where the air hums with arcane energy, hundreds of mages of varying skill levels weaving their knowledge into the fabric of Galfin’s magical history. The guildhall’s heart is its Artifact Vault, a sanctum where enchanted relics are studied rather than destroyed—an ideology that sets the Spellstrung Magi Guild apart from the Seekers.
Founded by Boto Silverstaff after a legendary schism with his younger brother, Remus, the guild exists as a counterpoint to the Seekers’ doctrine of sealing away dangerous magic. Boto, once a Seeker himself, rejected their destructionist path, believing that knowledge—no matter how volatile—should be preserved and understood. The echoes of their battle still linger in the hall’s oldest stones, a reminder of the divergent paths taken by the Silverstaff brothers. Today, the Spellstrung Guildhall remains a sanctuary for scholars, artificers, and mages seeking to unlock the true depths of arcane power, defying those who would see magic shackled.
