Dardrake District

This district houses the military barracks and training grounds. It is also where the noble military class lives. The soldiers here are highly trained and are tasked with protecting the city and the kingdom.




The Dardrake District is a place of reverence and history, where the soldiers train and pay respects to the warriors of old. The district is home to numerous memorials and shrines, each dedicated to a different battle. The largest and most impressive of these is the Memorial of the Six, a massive structure of white marble and gold that dominates the district's skyline. The temple is dedicated to the Six Heroes of Dhara.
The Dardrake District is also where the entrance to the Skygarde Prison is but the people here are not concerned as the jail is dug many stories into the ground and the prisoners are brought in through the canal on the edge of the district under. Many members of the High Guard as well as the prison guards reside in the residential areas of this district.
Lord Mason Blakwall was a prominent noble and military strategist in Erod Mercadia. Renowned for his tactical brilliance, he led the Mercadian forces to victory in several decisive battles against external threats. Lord Mason's unwavering loyalty to the throne and his unwavering commitment to protecting the Gaulan Plains made him a revered figure among the military ranks and a symbol of Mercadian strength. He hailed from the Dardrake District, although back then it was known as the Springmist District for the waterfalls caused by the natural spring under Skygarde created a gentle mist on this area of the city.
