Waxhouse
The Waxhouse is a factory that creates Ghost Candles that burn off Soulfire, a rare item that will not get extinguished while a living presence is near it. The candles flicker out if an ethereal presence is directly overlapping the flames. The Lamplighters reside and most of them are part of the East Rivers Gang, using this Waxhouse as their base of operations.
