His manipulative brother cut out his tongue when they were only boys.
His birth name was Ned but ever since the incident everyone has referred to him as Lead.
He cannot speak and has learned sign language to talk and send signals to his gang members.
The Tung brothers work to educate their gang members on the intricacy of higher class folk
They work out of the rich district.
They find misguided youths who think they want more out of life than being rich, eventually teaching the boys to rob their own parents.
Lead brushes off the maiming he received from his brother but if anyone insinuates he is crippled, he usually murders them.
Very physically fit vohkin man, has a few different replacement metal jaws to cover his missing jaw. has one that looks like a chrome chiseled jaw, one taht looks like scrap metal thrown together, one that is more of a gladiator mask and one is a demon mouth. The Tung Gang wear less chisseled silver jaws that resemble faces.
