Rivington
This self-contained village of anglers and river-powered mills is the first neighborhood encountered by travelers approaching from the south. Dominated by a local gang called the Rivington Rats, it’s also a haven for smuggling thanks to its river access. Illicit goods flow into Brampton in the Lower City, where they are hidden in legitimate shipments.
