On their own sizable island, a channel is what separates them from the Kingdom of Trinidad. Rhinelanders like to refer to it as the Fatherland since it's the home of Rhinelander culture.

Clockworks in Arms
The Rhineland currently manufactures clockwork automatons, hoping to mimic the Triumivirate's idea of blether production. These automatons are designed for combat roles but have yet to be tested enough to determine their value on the battlefield before they could potentially save manpower.
Foreign Relations
Questionable Neutrality
The Rhine Kaiserreich has a cozy spot in the Colonial War. They have no interest in the conflict but Kaiser Falk knows that the only way for the Rhineland to put pressure on the mainland Europan delinquents is to have its own colonies. Of course, this would potentially cause more guns to fire off and two powerful ones in the Rhineland's direction.
