Who is a Head Fairy of Region?
Head Fariy of region is a rank above Head Fairy of District, but a rank below Head Fairy of Land. Their work is a little bit more serious than- ah who am I kidding, all they do it gather at meetings to eat snacks and print out and shred the emails sent to them by people of their region. Well, actually they get sent emails from Head Fairies of Districts, about the matter that they believe need some more attention. The Head Fairies of Region then decide if they do seem important enough - then they send them forward to the Head Fairy of their land, otherwise of just gets tossed out. Oh well.
What the- who coses these people anyway?
Well I'm glad you asked. Since this is a very important position, they get chosen by very imporant and carefully planned- raffle.
