Doctor Quasi
Dr. Quentin Glass
"You like turning guys into girls."
"Now that...that is simply a broad generalization."
Deeply desiring to be a woman, but having been rejected for gender transition due to his dangerously unbalanced personality, Quentin Glass saw his nanotech research as the answer to his problems. But when the shapeshifting hero Freeform sought to shut down his experiments on living tissue, Glass rashly experimented on himself. Unfortunately, due to a error on his part, the nanites went into a confused mess as they tried to change him, leaving him partially transformed, a grotesque mixed-up patchwork of male and female parts that he tries to hide under his ill-fitting clothes and tweed jackets. Bitter and trapped in his new form, Glass now uses his nanites to transform unwitting men, forcibly changing them into women or half-gendered freaks. Glass claims this is a scientific inquiry, but his “field work” and “interviews” are thinly veiled attempts to catalog the shame of the transformed men for his own dark pleasure.

- Doctor Quasi's hideout:
Not much is known about Doctor Quasi's current hideout, except that it
prominently has a large dingy room, perhaps a converted storeroom of some
kind in some industrial building. There are no windows, and the room is very
sparsely furnished with only a metal table and a couple of chairs where he
can conduct his "interviews." There is some equipment for restraining his
"patients," including some raised hospital gurneys.
And then, there are the mirrors.
Not content to merely transform his victims in horrifying ways, Quasi also
keeps some wheeled mirrors around so that he can reveal their changed
reflections to their terrifyed eyes.
Its location is currently undisclosed, but the only clues his victims
(including Curador and Elasticity) have been able to offer were a pungent
chemical odor in the room, like a cleaning solvent, and muffled sounds
of nearby machinery. But wherever the hideout is located, it can be sure
to provide one thing Doctor Quasi values most in his work: privacy to
torment his victims.

Morality & Philosophy
Once content to transform a male victim into a woman and send him on his way, Glass lately seems to be escalating, suggesting that the previous "highs" are not enough for him anymore. For instance, he seems interested in seeing not just the initial shock of the transformation, but also witnessing in the longer term how his victim copes, or fails to cope, dealing with the people in their lives. As Glass continues to escalate and indulge in more perversions, he will become increasingly dangerous.
