Curador and Elasticity
"Unusual, no? It's certainly quite eye-catching. I confess I have absolutely no idea where you would look at home, do you? Perhaps walking the runway at a drag pageant. However, it's all quite permanent, you know. What you're seeing right now is what you'll be seeing in the mirror for the rest of your life."
Curador and Elasticity ("Laz") were originally heroes and lovers, although some might dispute the term "heroes." Elasticity was an elastic heroine who crossed swords with Doctor Quasi several times in the past, but her vigilante tactics made her little better than the villains she tried to apprehend. Curador was an empathic healer, selling his abilities to the well-to-do in Faraday City.
Disaster struck when Doctor Quasi captured the two heroes. He discovered that Elasticity's powers relied on a "control nanite" which he was able to remotely access and override, essentially giving him total power over her elastic shapeshifting abilities. In a diabolical "experiment," Quasi essentially merged the two young heroes into a single being by transforming Laz into a massively overblown drag queen "woman suit," and then permanently destroyed the nanite, leaving Laz unable to do much more than quiver. Worse, any hope of freeing Curador from his living plastic prison was lost when his empathic healing abilities linked him with Laz so that he felt everything that she did, feeling her like she was his own body. And since his healing abilities instantly heal any cuts, they can never be separated.

Current Status
Doctor Quasi released Curador and Elasticity to their fate. He seemed confident that their situation was irreversible, so it seems unlikely they would have returned to superhero work. Their current whereabouts are unknown.
Curador
Although they are permanently bound together, Curador is the one in control. He can move and speak, but is essentially trapped in a ridiculously oversexed drag queen body and outfit which feels like his own skin.
Elasticity
Laz is basically trapped in hell, stuck looking like Curador's drag queen outer appearance. She can hear and feel her surroundings, but is unable to speak, or to move more than a tiny quiver. Since Doctor Quasi tricked Curador into revealing that he was totally willing to sell her out to save his own skin, she has no remaining goodwill for her former lover, and clearly blames him for their situation. Bitter, vindictive, and losing her grip on reality, Laz vents her frustrations on Curador, antagonizing and embarrassing him with what little control she still possesses.Powers and Abilities
- Elasticity (once significant, now extremely rudimentary) - Laz is permanently stuck in her current form, bound to Curador. She can jiggle and poke him somewhat, but that seems the limit of her abilities to interact with the outside world.
- Invulnerability - Laz's elastic body is extremely resistant to most forms of injury.
- Empathic Connection - Curador and Laz are permanently empathically connected, to the point where they can feel what the other feels.
- Empathic Healing - Curador had the ability to heal others by first taking the injuries upon himself, and then healing himself rapidly. However, now that he is bound to Laz, he has lost control over his ability, and immediately heals any injury they receive. Curador needs to make physical contact to heal another, so presumably now that he is trapped inside of Laz, that would be very difficult. (Though one might still make physical contact through his orifices.)
- Longevity/Immortality - With the two of them bound together as they are, and between Laz's resistance to injury and Curador's empathic healing now in overdrive as he share's Laz's power, Doctor Quasi theorized that they may be able to die, and at the very least would be highly resistant to most conventional forms of injury.
