Physical Appearance
Vasile appears as a young man with soft, youthful features, though his cheeks are slightly gaunt and he dark circles under his eyes that he tends to hide with heavy eye-liner and mascara. His skin is a deathly pale, nearly blue color, and he will often use make-up to make his skin look more natural and lively. He has a set of sharp vampire fangs and a slight over-bite that causes them to occasionally stick out from his mouth. He has medium length, dark hair which he keeps neatly combed and curls at the ends, and blood red eyes. He is average height, but has a rather androgynous body type and is on the thinner side.Apparel
Vasile tends to dress up in what some would find to be very stereotypical vampire attire, with dated, 19th century era clothing. He tends to like dark clothing in the Gothic range and is not afraid to be excessive and flamboyant with his fashion. Vasile is what's known as a Feral Vampire, meaning he is significantly stronger than most vampires. Vasile has enhanced speed and strength, can float, turn into animals like a bat or snake, and perform mind control. If he is angered or extremely hungry, he will go into a feral mode, identified by the whites of his eyes darkening. In this state he is even stronger, but also uncontrollable.

The Past
Vasile was born in Romania to two vampire parents, and from birth was hated by his vampire coven. Two vampires having a child was taboo, as they believed the child would grow up to be a vicious monster. At first, the vampires wanted to execute Vasile and banish his parents, but with enough begging, they convinced the coven director to let them stay with the promise they would stop him from turning into a pure feral vampire. Despite being allowed to stay, his family was greatly disliked, and Vasile demonized. He grew up being insulted and mistreated by the other vampires in the coven, and there were no other children his age around, which made him quite lonely. When he was young and didn't have his powers, he could still stand in the sunlight unharmed, so he would use this as an opportunity to sneak away from the coven village during the day and visit the human village. There he would meet other children, and one boy in particular he seemed to like a lot and would hang out with him the most. They became childhood friends, and as they aged, this friendship seemed to be blossoming into a crush. But as Vasile got older, more of his vampire traits started to develop. He started gaining new powers, but also new weaknesses such as the sunlight. He started being forced to meet the boy in the evening after dark. The boy asked Vasile why he'd stopped coming during the day and because he trusted him, Vasile told him of his true vampire nature, and offered to show him his powers. He offered to to fly off the cliff with him. He lifted the boy off his feet and they flew for a moment, but Vasile's powers weren't perfect, and soon the two of them plummeted to the ground. The boy was alive but with a broken arm and ribs. He yelled at Vasile, calling him a monster and telling him to leave. Shocked, Vasile ran off back to his coven. But his problems would not end there, for the boy would return home and tell his parents about what happened, who then spread the word to the rest of the village. Soon a mob had formed prepared to hunt down Vasile and his coven. In the middle of the day when they were all at there weakest, the coven village was attacked by the mob. Dozens of vampires staked, and buildings set on fire. Vasile his with his family while the strongest of the vampires did their best to drive the mob out. Though they were able to survive the attack, the damage the mob did to their homes and their people were tremendous. It soon became obvious Vasile was to blame. To punish him, the ripped him from his home, broke his legs and shoved him into a coffin to be buried alive. No amount of begging, screaming and clawing could save him from the suffocating darkness. It was only when he got hungry enough did he pass out.The Presant
Vasile's grave site was found by a couple of grave robbers who dug up his coffin looking for valuables. Instead they were greeted with Vasile, who upon awakening was starving and attacked the both of them on sight for sustenance. When he came to, he realized he had no idea where he was, or what year it was. He'd soon find out after wondering town for a bit, and being startled by all the new technology, that over 200 years had passed. He wandered until he came across a beach where Astrid Estelle was vacationing. Astrid found him and immediately recognized him as a very underweight vampire. The two spoke for a bit, and after discovering the situation he was in, Astrid offered to take him back with her to America so he'd have a place to live. After arriving to Dusk Valley with Astrid, he would soon encounter the Dawn Coven, who took him in as one of their own.Sexuality

Vasile has had his fair share of traumatic experiences growing up, which have developed into claustrophobia and nyctophobia. He can't sleep in his coffin with out a pair of dim, red led lights on inside the coffin at all times. The cord poking out also prevents the coffin from shutting all the way easing the fear of being locked in.
Morality & Philosophy
Despite relying on blood to survive, Vasile actually likes humans and will go out of his way to keep from hurting them. He usually does not drain a person, instead feeding by taking a little bit from a bunch of people. Though he uses his mind control to wipe their memories, he will still leave them a small gift as thanks, usually in the form of candy.

Vasile loves modern culture and fashion. He enjoys dressing up and designing outfits to wear and he often cross-dresses cause he likes to feel pretty and cute. He loves the Gothic horror aesthetic, but he often hates being scared or excessive gore. He also gets overly offended about bad fashion.

"I like my men like I like my dresses... elegant and revealing."Vasile good natured for a vampire and enjoys humans and human culture. He is outgoing and loves to talk to others and go on outings with friends. He is not ashamed of going out and showing off his body or clothes, nor is he embarrassed by expressing his sexuality. He is very open about his love for drag and cross dressing and has performed in drag shows in the past.

"I can't let them see me with a werewolf do you have any idea what that would do to my reputation?"Vasile tends to be very particular and nit-picky about things and tends to be a bit of a perfectionist. He often jumps to conclusions about people based on his first impression on someone. Despite being confident in his body, he tends to be self conscious about certain imperfections about himself and the opinions of people he looks up to. He is mortified at the thought of anything gross and unsightly.

Vasile desperately wants to be accepted by others, especially by other vampires, however the interests and morals of other vampires often directly contradict with his own. Vasile often struggles between what he thinks is right, and what his coven wants from him.Social

Vasile tends to be pretty cheerful and smiling most of the time. His presence is always very dramatic and enthusiastic, as he loves to be the center of attention.
Vasile has a pretty peppy way of speaking. He has a thick Romanian accent accompanied by a prominent lisp caused by his fangs. This can sometimes make him difficult to understand when he's talking.

History
Vasile was the first resident of the home for monsters that Garret met (at least in human form). Vasile was hostile towards Garret at first, knowing what he was by his smell and finding werewolves gross. However he wasn't out right cruel to him during his first month at the house. When Garret's first full moon after coming to the house came, Vasile was morbidly curious of how werewolves shift and sneakily followed him as he ran out of the house. However he was unprepared for how violent and brutal a werewolf transformation could be. Shocked by this revelation, his stance on Garret shifted to one of sympathy. Vasile started going out into the forest early in the morning to help Garret home after shifting back, giving them the opportunity to open up to each other and get closer.
Relationship Description
Vasile and Garret are like a cat and dog, and butt heads often. Their personalities clash often and they get into arguments over silly things. But at the end of the day they get over it and have a laugh about the situation. Their fights are always pretty, like sibling fights. But they also will protect each other like siblings no matter what.History
Vasile found Nymph shortly after they had escaped from the Revival Laboratories facility and was wandering Dusk Valley scared and alone. Vasile stopped them and got them to calm down, offering some sweets to them before bringing them back home to Astrid. Nymph started living at the house and started their garden, which Vasile would go out to after dark and meet with them. They would spend a lot of time together and eventually developed romantic feelings for each other.
Relationship Description
Vasile finds Nymph to be adorable, and enjoys hearing them talk about flowers and nature and the sun. He admires how passionate they can be about their hobbies and how accepting they are of others no matter what. Nymph loves Vasile because he is so confident and sure of himself, and is always the perfect person to talk to when Nymph is feeling unsure about themselves. They enjoy spending time with someone so affectionate and open about their feelings.History
Vasile met Sebastion after arriving to Astrid's house. Upon realizing he was the only one who could see and communicate with his ghost, Vasile began to ask him all sorts of questions about his life and the house. While he was happy to talk in detail about some, other questions he would dodge. Vasile would never press him on these issues.
Relationship Description
Vasile is one of the only people who actually talk to Sebastian, thus they are on pretty friendly terms. Though Sebastian insists Vasile keep their friendship a secret and never to mention him. Vasile finds Sebastian very mysterious, but an interesting person to talk to none-the-less.History
Astrid was the first person Vasile met after waking from a 200 year slumber underground. Astrid was quick to help Vasile get food and find a place to live, which Vasile has always been grateful for.
Relationship Description
Vasile respects and appreciates Astrid for what she has done for him over the years and is quick to talk her up around other people. He sees Astrid a bit like a mother figure and will often help her with her work.Global Announcment
