Medico is the Southwest's premier medical supplier, everything from cough medicine and stimpaks, to cybernetics and implants come from the companies headquarters in New Vegas. lead by their founder, Charles Alsreach, the company has defined the forefront of medical technology since the 2280's, and walked hand in hand with its largest buyer, the Vegas Hospital, in order to bring cheap, if not free, healthcare to the Free Economic Zone of the Mojave. 
From the Medico Offices on the outskirts of Vegas, trains carry their supplies throughout the FEZ and NCR.
