By placing the implant directly into the central nervous node, the implant help galvanize and improve the reaction time of its patient. A common side effect of this though is a form of restlessness, shaking legs and absent ticks are the most commonly reported.

Characters with this implant have their Agility scores increased by one to a max of 10. If Endurance is 4 or lower, the character gains a restless tick as well.
