The Monocyte Breeder is a small spinal implant which drastically speeds up cell regeneration. The implant does this by inducing the process of monocyte breeding artificially, monocytes are a type of White Blood Cell responsible for destroying pathogens and repairing tissue, by forcing the body to create them in levels similar to lizards and sea creatures. This allows for mild gashes and small bullet wounds to heal rapidly, usually within hours or days.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

A character with the Phoenix implant can, as a bonus action, heal any minor injury. This can be done a number of times equal to half of your Endurance Score.
