Coppridge
Settled on the North Eastern edge of Dunatis' Ring, is the small town of Copperidge. The primarily Dwarven town is home to an array of laborers and craftsmen, all particularly skilled in mining and working with the copper that their town is known for. It is possible that those born to a mining family can climb the ranks to become a decently wealthy coppersmith, if they are dedicated to learning the more skilled trades.
Copperidge is ran by a small council consisting of a leading member of each major craft in the town. Opponents compete for a spot on the council once every 6 years. The open positions rotate every 2 years so new leadership crosses over with older leadership. The competition is a big event within the town where those who feel they are skilled enough put there skill up against each other and are judged by their peers as well as the current sitting council members.
Though it's main source of income is from supplying copper to Starrengeld for currency, they also generate a lot of their economy through selling various tools and implements crafted by the local townsfolk, or rare ores uncovered while mining. The tools are taken abroad to Port Norsal to be purchased by travelers from all over Syvahl. Rare ores are able to be turned into more valuable and powerful items.
Copperidge isn't a town with any particular religious significance, though it's location on Dunatis' Ring lends a particular reverence to the God and there is a small temole set up in his honor.
