Passage of Caverns
Nestled into the cliffs of Northern Erthos is a series of caverns, tunnels, and underground networks. It is one of the ways that caravans can make their way between the north and south if they do not want to risk the waterways.
In the caverns are countless unexplored passages which are home to a variety of spirits, traps, and undiscovered treasures. The wizards of the Isle Of Mystrium believe that it was once widely inhabited by spirits during the Age of Spirits.
It is rumored that a dragon lives in the depths of the caverns but it has not emerged in the last 500 years. A few travelers have said they believed that they have seen it.

The creatures that live in the passages survive off of underground lakes, edible moss and fungi, and also on other inhabitants. Many of the creatures who live in it are predators.
Glowing Blue mushrooms have been grown along the passages that the caravans often use.

History
The cave system has been around since the world of Erthos had been created. Wizard scholars suggest that there may have been a Spirit kingdom that resided and built the caverns but they have found little evidence.
In the last twenty years, the caverns have been made more accessible by the exploring of guides who take caravans through the caves.
Tourism
Adventurers will come to the passage in search of dungeons and treasure.
Caravans will pass through but it is still regarded as a dangerous location.
