Haben

One of the greater towns of Erthos, Haben is a cultural hub where all of the races gather to trade and discuss the world. The humans, elves, and dwarves all take a section of this city and meet in the center to discuss the governance of the land around and the issues.

Demographics

Mostly there are humans in this city, half of the population is human. There are 3,000 dwarves who call the city and the surrounding hills home and about 1,000 elves who settled in the area in the times before creation.

Government

Council of the Four Races: Each race has a representative that meets and governs the entire town.
Adventuring Charter (Law): Adventuring groups must apply for a charter or be members in good standing with the Swords of Seiti in order to claim profits from adventuring. This includes but is not limited to artifacts or treasure seized from exploring tombs and dungeons from the Spirit Age.
