Anglon, Hallowed Domain (/æŋ.ɡlɒn/)
Culture
The Anglonic hold piety and humbleness in high regard. Going to church for prayers, helping out your neighbour, all things that their cultural expectations would tell you are good. Not everyone agrees or acts in accordance to the culture obviously, yet a vast majority still do.
History
One of the first domains, Anglon was founded on the 9th of Borinth, 150 Origin Age by Spyrehead William, the at the time King of Lighthelm. Popular due to recent victories against a demon invasion a decade prior, Lighthelm expanded its territory and influence very quickly, becoming large enough to encompass several cultural identities. To solve this, the founder William created Anglon. A greater emperial entity, governed by three emperors of Lo, Don and Hye Anglon. Each of these emperors had several kings under their rule, who would manage their local kingdoms.
Expanding largely up north for generations, several monarchs went and passed until the next milestone of Anglish history. On a day within the year 35 OA, the emperor of Don Anglon, Peter II was on an expedition to the far north lands that would become known as Aeranos - Anglon. While there it is accounted that he witnessed a sight he described as most glorious, a set of golden rings, levitating in the air effortlessly. Priests would link to these to a prophesised gateway to the afterlife, and would soon build a grand cathedral in parralel with the rings.
As the Silver Age began, Anglon continued to expand, quickly establising itself as the dominant power in the world. Naturally some challenged such notions, mainly the Gathic Council, ruling body of Gathuram, Iron Realm. Soon, the council took action against Anglon, declaring war against the entire Domain on the 5th of Terebery, 120 Silver Age. Joined by Ithon, North Sea Dominion, Anglon overpowered the Gathic warriors, the war lasting until the 15th of Werch, 121 SA, where after several dramatic losses, and deaths in battle, new members of the Gathic Council decided to sue for peace, sending reperations and cultural tokens as a sign of peace.
Anglon, holding such land and having so much history, quickly amassed more artifacts and relics than they could hold. So in response on the 12th of Frethune, 242 SA, the Emperor of Don Anglon decreed the building of a grand vault to hold all their historical relics, keeping them safe from theft and time inside the building's grand halls.
By 785 Golden Age, a tall, armored figure claiming to be the Demigod of Light stepped into the borders of the domain, quickly enamouring many. This would be the Hallowed Knight, his popularity would grow over time, amassing a cult of followers believing him to be the one true Demigod of Light. He later would claim the Cathedral of the Golden Rings as his own, making it his base of operations until the 12th of Laroune, 1550 Platinum Age.

The crest's orange circle represents the Grace-given Mace of William, used to defeat a great foe. The yellow circle behind represents the Grace.
Both circles can be interpreted as the two Suns, and in doing so gives the meaning of the Mace being as powerful as a sun or gifted by the Grace.
