Romani

A subethnicity of the Eluzian group. This is the largest ethnic group of the southern Eluzian Valley, several villages also dotting the Tenebrous Chain. There are a large number of other, smaller groups in the southern valley but this is the largest and most influencial. The Cel Tradat House is Romani, ruling over this region under the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Accia and the Ten Houses. Many Romani speak Romei but all citizens of the kingdom are required to speak Accian, which is typically their first language.
