A human male and owner and founder of the God of Garments in the Sardivelian city of Silvio. A zealous acolyte of the fashion world, this tailor has zero tolerance for casual shoppers. As a retired agent of The Handgun, he is capable of crafting powerfully enchanted outfits for all sorts of heists. 
In the fall of 918 he took Ysmyrelda Starr on as a protege and new recruit for the Handgun, on the condition that she would help him at next year's fashion gala in the Despero capital of Havre.
