The halborg were a humanoid species native to Rocheron. They are responsible for creating The Outer Planes during the Cataclysmic War. While initially believed to have gone extinct shortly after the First Cataclysm, the halborg are now believed to have gone extinct through evolution approximately 15,000 years after the First Cataclysm.
