A Corrosive Cleaning Cube is a device for cleaning maintenance corridors, usually carried by a skutter in its raised claw. The device projects a corrosive field over a 3m x 3m volume which engulfs and dissolves trash and dirt. Left-over detritus that does not dissolve is drawn in and deposited in a small open trailer pulled by the skutter. The corrosive field is transparent and hard to spot; the skutter carrying it is visible as usual. It makes a distinctive buzzing sound.
If a character is carrying a passkey with Maintenance access, the cube will attempt to stay out of their way and they will receive a warning when a cube approaches.
