Less-than-helpful utility droid

A skutter is a basic maintenance bot that does scutwork. It has a single manipulator arm with a claw on the end, which can grip a variety of tools and cleaning attachments. The claw can be used as a melee weapon. Skutters are found in Service Areas and in the Central Hull.
