Ba-Ba-Zar Daeqirelle (a.k.a. Mike Hammer)
I was High born elf out of a very old family Daeqirelle that used to rule the Eyremdell Dynasty 1000 years ago. One late summer night as the orcs attack while I was outside of the high elf city of Xin while we were travailing on a diplomatic mission, they slayed my whole family without any proof of my heritage. I was made to leave the high elf city and live in the woods by myself learning how to hunt, fish and steal. I became very good at sneaking around and became an infamous thief. But one day as I was picking a few pockets I came across an old man getting beaten by some thugs. I would normally walk away but something came over me and I fought them off. Then, as I was helping the old man up, suddenly a ray of light blinded me and when I opened my eyes, an angel was floating in front of me. He said…. “This was a test and you have passed.” He then bestowed upon me the powers of a warlock and showed me the power I could have if I learnt from him. The Celestial that gave me my powers told me to head to the starting village to seek out a higher destiny.

The outfit weighs 15lb but has hidden extra dimension pockets that can hold 500lbs of the items inside is 5000 Platinum. And is enchanted with the cleaning property so it can never get dirty.
Coat
Albino newts scales serve as the outward fabric, Tiger inlay wool. The buttons appear to be made from unicorn horns. It has Emu feathers decorating the collar and peacock feathers decorating the back. By assuming a dramatic pose the coat begins to bellow.
Pants
Artic salamander scale pants with owlbear claws for buttons and a spider silk inlay. The pants seem to be enchanted so they can come off and back on in one quick hand motion.
Hat
Seems to be made from a white Kobold or at least something similar. The hat is inlaid with flame snail mixed cotton so your head is always warm. And there appears to be a phoenix feather as decoration.

Personal history
A former Noble and former member of the thieves guild. his life was forever changed when he was met with a deity after committing an unexpected act of charity.
eventually joining the Wererat Investigation Bureau he reclaims his heritage and managed to restore his patron to life.
Babarza was untrusting of his party when they first came together though as time grew he opened up to them and proved to be Neurions best friend as they carried on with their adventuring. Babarza had an inclination to tacky clothing early on as the moment the party killed a giant snake he would stop at nothing to get a snakeskin jacket made. Babarza also had an inclination to substances. Taking a box of mysterious white powder from a Gnome chef he mistakenly killed thinking he was evil.
Eventually when the group made it to Feakrith Babarza found a tailor that not only would make his Snakeskin jacket but also would supply him with drugs. This Taloir became Babarzas go-to for the rest of his time in the Bureau.
Babarzas casual usage of drugs would come back to bite him during the devil invasion where he was drugged by an escort he had previously drugged and it was revealed the white powder gave devils the ability to influence the user. While under the influence Babarza murdered a village of cultists though he was unaware if the village was actually cultist or the devil was just messing with his mind.
The Event caused Babarzas Warlock patrons to sacrifice themselves to help save the city of Feakrith with Babarza vowing to get Sofiel back from the Clergy as Liels last dying wish.
Babarza contained to help the party unite the nations against Zriegast after the events of Liel he showed greater care of his actions,- most times but would always have lapses in judgement when it came to gaining more power. He found himself mind wipes when saying the wrong thing in front of a genie and his life was greatly shortened by drinking the blood from the good of misfortune to temporarily get his powers back.
While he still acted like a selfish power-hungry sociopath deep down he had regrets about how he ended things with his patron and how he was partially responsible for Sofiels capture. It wasn't until the party ventured to Shoyo that Babarza met with the spirit of the gnome he once slew that he learnt to forgive himself and try to do better.
When he got the chance to reclaim his wealth and status in the city of Xin he passed it up to continue on with his party to save Sofiel, taking his father's outfit as the last reminder before the floating city fell to the ground.
During the infiltration of Zriegrast Babarza found apiece of Liel in the form of a mask, with this mask he promised to find the remaining fragments and try to restore the god.
When the party Defeated Malon Bagsher Babarza offered himself to take Malon's place as the barrier to all consumers allowing the wizards to finally die in peace.
After 20 years of gathering the remaining fragment and depleting all most all the remaining life, he had left Babarza was shocked to find the good still would not rematerialise. with only a few minutes left of his life, he saw a homeless man sitting on the corner of the street, with a smile he takes off his tacky newt coat and gives it to the homeless man not telling him about all the money it contained in its pockets before he walked back to the Hanging Illiphid to have one final drink.
As his consciousness slipped away he began to see all the people he and his friends helped throughout their time together, all the miracles they had managed to pull off. when he opens his eyes he is in a white void where a creature of pure energy greats him. It tells him gods aren't formed of fragments they are formed of the actions of those who believe in them. and with that, the god or miracles is reborn once again and Babarza now no longer in his physical form has become an angel to help provide more miracles within the realm.
