  A strange construction of wood and metal and ancient arcane power, Skulk was fashioned by Alston Beren Cinderhop, a gnomish wizard and golemomancer in the north. Originally designed to assist in monitoring and defending against the goblinkin of the Wicked Vales on behalf of the Mummers, it was many months until Alston was forced to acknowledge that Skulk was not like his other creations. Skulk possessed a spark of intelligence that most other golems lacked.   In time Skulk would learn more about the world, seeking knowledge voraciously. With the assistance of his friends, Eban the fledgling chronurgist and Nibelung the bard and Mummer, Skulk ultimately elected to join the Mummers in his own right, as a person, rather than a tool.   Skulk now journeys Terrenos, seeking insight into his newfound status as an independent being. A curious mixture of childlike curiosity, a mature outlook on the world, and a killer's instinct when it comes to combat, Skulk founded The Wildcards during the defence of Phandalin.
