Dockmaster

The Dockmaster is a small fort and customs house on the Seawall Road where The Avenue meets the Southport Central Docks. From the Dockmaster fort, the Harbormasters control freight traffic and immigration at Southport coming from the Southport Central Docks and Fishermen's Dock, assess and collect port taxes, issue tax stamps for freight, and maintain law and order in Dockton and Fishton.
