Plane of Fire

The field of fire creates fire and heat. Temporary excitation's create magical fire that needs no fuel, heat or air to start, but if this fire is used to light other fires these conditions do need to be met. Although fire is destructive it also brings life. Some can use fire to heal as well as demolish.
The plane of fire is the planet closest to the sun. It is in an elliptical but tidally locked orbit which means that there is no day and night cycle. The sun is always in the same place in the sky for each place on the plane but it does vary in size over time. This means their years and days are the same. When the sun is largest they call it either summer and when the sun is at it's smallest they call it winter. The fire planes year takes about 54 days to complete. Latitude can be described by where the sun is in the sky. Times of the day correspond to where the sun would normally be in earth.
The plane of fire is much closer to the sun and on an extremely eccentric orbit. This means that the sun is 2.17 times larger in fire winter than on earth and 6.54 times as large in their summer. This greatly influences the temperatures.
