Plane of Earth

The field of earth is connected to most nonliving materials. Under its influence metals become more noble and common dirt can become gems. This means that most earth magic is transmutation magic.
The plane of earth is an expansive and heavy place marked with infinity tall mountain peaks. Something strange limits flight above a certain height. Underneath the surface great shifting caverns exist. Some sections of the surface mirror places on the material plane and often have portals to it.
