A fine Georgian mansion, the Whipple ancestral home is presently the residence of Dr. Albert N. Whipple, Professor of English at the University.
This is also the home of F. O. Soup (he says it stands for Franklin Oscar, but it is, in fact, French Onion), a young and adventurous Domestic Shorthair tabby who has recently been granted access to the backyard and thus the world. Young Mr. Soup is just sure that grand and daring adventures await him just past the backyard fence, as well as the much deserved death of his enemy the 'orange squirrel'. F. O. may quickly find himself out of his league and in need of some good friends.
