Forgotten Fields
A coastal plain to the west of even the Darkbough Forest. While it appears little more than an overgrown and windswept plain from a distance, it is crisscrossed with manufactured stone trenches and the remains of raised pathways. The most notable feature, however, are the equally ancient and overgrown ziggurat ruins that sit just inside the Darkbough Forest on the north-east border of the region.
Once the The Red Blade Outkasts succeeded in cleansing the ruined temple of its accursed denizens, it was revealed that an ancient colony of lizardfolk once sat in these lands, but was abandoned when the temple fell to corruption.
