Halis'allah Island
A large island in the northeastern corner of Lake Esperia, it is the home of the Halis'allah Tribe. While the Halis'allah people declined joining the Union after helping them win The Lizardfolk Wars, they instead insisted on the total autonomy of their people and uncontested control of their marshy island home. Not wanting to upset their allies, and having no means to use the island as it was, the leaders of the Union were all too happy to agree. As such, the island of the Halis'allah has been almost completely untouched by the colonists. Indeed, less than a hundred settlers have ever even touched the island shores since they first arrived.
