Skulltop

This steep, rocky hill is located on the edge of the Ozpatak River near the city's northern wall between the Necropolis and Old Town and is the final resting place of the Skull of Kirlyok, the dragon who once protected the city. After slaying Kirlyok, Kelek the Hunter is said to have secretly transported the dragon's head to Khezvaros before hauling it to the top of Skulltop in the dead of night in order to show the people of the city that they had lost their protector. Skulltop (and Kirlyok's skull) is controlled by a cult of mystics called the Children of Kirlyok.
