Ozpatak River

The slow and shallow Ozpatak is the second-largest river running through the Tarsan Plains and the largest that doesn't feed the Oregvez . In Khezvaros, the Ozpatak is generally considered the dividing line between the native and imperial parts of the city. Before the coming of the imperials, the westen shore of the Ozpatak contained only The Necropolis and a fortress known as Watcher's Keep. Today, it's home to the Grand Arena, the entire imperial bureaucracy, and the vast majority of imperial transplants and bootlickers.
