District 2
Players come here to talk, collaborate, gossip, negotiate, flirt, and size each other up. While Combat is officially discouraged outside of designated areas explosive street fights spilling out of bars are a common occurrence.
Notable Areas
- Bar Row: A dense stretch of interconnected bars, each with its own regulars and micro-culture.
- Backstreets & Alleys: Narrow passages connecting the main roads, often used for ambushes, private talks, and intimidation. Beacon surveillance is notoriously spotty here, making them popular for shady business.
- Café Strip: A slightly calmer area filled with cafs and lounges where players conduct meetings, go on awkward dates, or simply relax between incidents.
- Open Plaza: A central square with public seating, street performers, and rotating Events.
Frequently Seen Players:
- Redd Wolfe: The leader of Club1 operates her bar, The Red Draft, from this district. It serves as her base of operations.
- Goethe: The exhibitionist Hero is a constant presence, frequenting the bars and clubs for her streams and "collaborations."
- XxFalconerXDxX: The Club1 ragebaiter crashes in a small apartment nearby, making Bar Row his default territory for observing targets and meeting with his crew.
- KoKo Natsu: Effectively lives at Auntie Mei's café, using it as his primary stream location and social anchor.
- Starlight Ume: This D-Rank Wildcard frequents the lounges and bars, using her magnetic Abilities to stir drama and create content.
- sachichu: The deceptively sweet Wildcard often "hunts" in the crowded social spaces of District 2, looking for vulnerable players to torment for her stream.
NPCs:
- Lucía: A highly perceptive and charming bartender who runs one of the most popular establishments on Bar Row. Her bar is considered neutral ground and a hub of information.
