The primary nighttime commercial artery of District 2: a dense stretch of interconnected bars running the full length of the district's main social corridor. The strip runs from upscale to actively disreputable, and the transition between them is gradual enough that players sometimes do not notice they have moved from one end to the other.

Each establishment has a distinct micro-culture accumulated over years. The identity of a bar on Bar Row is more a product of who keeps coming back than anything its owner designed.

De Wachters maintains a continuous response presence across the strip. Mirella Quinn runs a regular evening route through Bar Row. The strip is measurably more civil on the nights she passes through.
