Open Plaza

The central square at District 2's main intersection. One of the few places in the district where strangers regularly interact with other strangers without it being either a transaction or a conflict.

Mirella Quinn opens her evening route here before moving down to Bar Row. De Wachters uses the plaza as a casual staging point during high-traffic hours.
