Public Agenda

Clerics of Kaladis act as ministers and justices-of-the-peace to lawful communities, as well as blessing the birth of children (especially the heirs to a family line). In addition, they also witness contracts and other legal oaths; a contract drawn up in the presence of a cleric of Kaladis is recognized in almost all other lawful lands.

Tenets of Faith

• Through the union of individuals comes strength of blood, strength of law, and strength of bonds.
• Your word is your bond.
• Encourage lineage and legacy.
• Accept the boundaries of the contract with understanding and respect.
• Breaking of a contract is anathema and should be avoided at all costs.

Worship

While most worshipers of Kaladis are Human, the stern, no-nonsense nature of the deity attracts a number of Golenti to the ranks of the faithful.

Sects

The Judiciary and its members, known as Kaladisian Arbiters, make up the judicial ranks of the Church of the Binder.
A second organization, less known to the general public, is known as The Broken Covenant. These faithful serve as inquisitors and enforcers of the Church and are often called upon by allied organizations to bring egregious lawbreakers or violators of contracts to justice.
