Triric Crusaders

The United Republic of Grelud and its surrounding realms are caught in a difficult place, nestled between the Ghul Dominion, the immense Greludra Mountains, and the Hrk'mun Chrystaldom, but there are two things that keep these societies going. The first is the important geographic position they have which makes them the only trading point between the Toaccai and the rest of Ebdypha, and the Triric Crusaders.
The Triric Crusaders are an order of knights who aim to vanquish the Ghul and their Damanzur masters, kill Arshanak, and reclaim the Thousand Towers and Caharkor. What makes the Triric Crusaders unique is the fact that they are situated in the outer Unending Dun, which makes the normally lethal Summer Monument accessible during the Dun. This allows members of the order to make journeys into the wasteland and gather Monumite, a mineral which has spent months storing pure divine energy. It only forms within Monuments, but is normally too dangerous to collect. The crusaders gather the Monumite during the Dun, embed it in their armour and weapons, and then fight the Ghul after the Dun recedes.
