Damanzur

The Damanzur are an order of scholars who were once Arizathrans who lived on Caharkor, but were exiled for slaying Halamera and stealing his Celesvenum to gain access to immortality. Their leader is Arshanak and they wield an army of Ghul with which they war against mortals.

It is believed that Arshanak wishes to become a full-fledged Runar, raise Caharkor back into the sky, wipe out or enslave the Arizathrans who exiled him and his order, and turn all humans who oppose him into more Ghul slaves, spreading the Ghul Dominion indefinitely. The primary symbolism used by the Damanzur is a beheaded figure, representative of the separation of Mind from Body.
