Led by the head monk and went out with 30 men armed with sword, shield, and spear. The other 30 would have bows and be stationed on the roof of Guardian Solace

This costs the Benedictine Monks money to buy the necessary weaponry, the time to learn to use it as well as maintain it. After that it's just a matter of taking the time to practice and maintian.

Any Benedictine Monks can and is called to be a part of the formation.
History
This formation is one that any group of 60 Benedictine Monks can and have performed. In the past, it was used all across Caelum Prime. Now, it is usally used around the countries around Eternal Island to keep the Vatican safe. It will sometimes travel farther but only if the threat is great enough to warrant the excursion.
Historical loyalties
This formation is loyal to Infinite Grace and stands against Gloombringers first and foremost. It wasn't opposed to routing any evil to threat to Eternal Harmony.
