Gnome

Spry and resourceful, gnomes remain a race to be contended with in Cabochon. Their reclaimed capitals in the Lower Wylds are slowly developing modern marvels of technology thanks to their pact with the tiefling. Recent breakthroughs with flintlock firearms have them poised to become Cabochon’s next great empire. No longer exclusively bound to their capital and traveling bizarres, gnomes vie for control over the main shipping routes across the Catseye (or ‘Tub’ as they call it) and often tussle with sea elves on the open ocean. Since the departure of the elves, many races such as the gnomes and dragonborn desperately seek to grip the reins the elves once held over Cabochon.
