General Summary
We found our heroes on the steps of the Great Temple of
Kitsch just as a massive storm of sand and ash rolls from
the Scorch to the east. The elder screams to go inside as a number of seared vulture-like monsters erupt from the storm mowing over the
Ozwok people of Kitsch. Gaddafi’s Ozwoki lover boy buys the party time and they retreat into the vestibule.
The Elder from Keather summons her strength and destroys the antechamber of the temple with the throw of a meteoric flail. Two Seared survive dragging the corpse of the
Gadaffi's lover into the the temple proper when the fight begins.
These two hulking Seared creatures emit crippling screeches and clouds of burning embers. Moonbeams and windwalls and high jumps from monks as the battle raged on. After continually being dragged to the ground by lion and monk and poked at with celestial spears from seraphim of light, the Seared were finally dispatched after nearly killing the Elder from Keather. One was put down with a mighty haymaker by
Brother Marcon channeling his inner pugilist, the other mawed viciously by
Yeezy in lion form in an odd bit of irony as the colosseum had made her squeamish. Durin, the old Maruader Yeezy knew, refused to give up
Berne and was knocked unconscious and beheaded by Torque. Upon searching the room, a map of the lands surrounding the Catseye was recovered as well as a number of objects a small bottomless bag (bag of candle holding), darts inscribed with a T with no point (tavern darts), and what appears to be coins on the fallen acolytes of a vulture and cobra in a yin-yang formation. The Elder from Keather’s left wing severed and blah blah blah, they prepare for a mighty rest.
Gromlock sheds tears for the lost acolytes and Torque stacks the bodies in front of one the hallways. Tired from their long adventure in Kitsch, the team makes camp for the night…

Multiattack. The vrock makes two attacks: one with its beak and one with its talons.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 2d6+3 piercing damage.
Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 2d10+3 slashing damage.
Spores (Recharge 6). A 15-foot-radius cloud of toxic spores extends out from the vrock. The spores spread around corners. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or become Poisoned. While Poisoned in this way, a target takes 5 1d10 poison damage at the start of each of its turns. A target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Emptying a vial of holy water on the target also ends the effect on it.
Stunning Screech (1/Day). The vrock emits a horrific screech. Each creature within 20 feet of it that can hear it and that isn’t a demon must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be Stunned until the end of the vrock’s next turn.
