C1 Session 11
General Summary
When last we left our heroes, Gadaffi entered the great Aether Omphalos and was transformed into an infernal porcupine-like monstrosity thanks to his demonic patron, Tephra. Brother Marcon, armed with ki powered punches took aim the creature’s face laying a lamia-like smackdown. Aiyeze, distraught and uncertain from his encounter with he Marauder companion, chewed and gnashed at the creatures face and sailor moonbeamed with eventual success. He was also instrumental in picking up his brother-from-another-mother. Gromlock, awoken cleric of Lathander, called upon his lord to heal, buff, and stave off the cold death grasping many of his companions.
Harpine, elder of the ozwok, resisted her infernal savior ripping the spiny crystal from her bosom. Screaming the name “Gadaffi!” and cleaving into the creatures heinie, the elder bounded over hulking fiend, became bound by quills, and ravaged the creature’s backside with claws and khopesh until eventually penetrating deep into its bloody cavity reaching the gooey Gadaffi center of this porcupine tootsie pop. Attempting to free the earthborn wizard, she was shat out and impaled upon a massive tail quill. With incredible fortitude, she snapped the spine and began pillaging the creature’s poopchute once more. Torque unleashed his acid breath, lept and stabbed at the ferocious creature and was eventually knocked into the now revenant form of Berne. Slightly siphoned of strength, Torque impaled the brigand upon his mighty blade and rose to face the Peluda once more. Not unlike a lion tamer’s, Torque entered the mighty beast and crawled to the gooey Gadaffi center of the Peludan tootsie pop. With just two licks of his greatsword, Gadaffi and his incessant messaging and prestidigitation were ended.
In a great explosion of quills and thrills, the omphalos was returned to its place and the vulturine birdfolk re-entered the gem and thanked our heroes deeply. A brief conversation ensued where Harpine spoke of her journey in the Dire Islands and Gromlock and the team are spirited away to a spot in the hills near Du'chan…
