Blakemoor Wood

Blakemoor Wood is a forest in Logres, on the border of Salisbury and Somerset. At the base of the Salisbury entrance into the woods is a large village, Imber.
While hunting in Blakemoor Wood as squires in 479, Amlyn, Artaire and Gwyn encountered King Pellinore de Galis and The Questing Beast.
In 486, Merlin the Magician received Excalibur from the Ladies of the Lake in the wood.
