Imber

Imber is a large, poor village in northwest Salisbury on the edge of Blakemoor Wood.
As squires, Amlyn, Artaire, and Gwyn assisted local priest Old Garr by hunting a large bear and stopping a bandit attack in Imber, leading to their knighting in 479.
