Special abilities

Has full control over water. Is able to form water into any shape and "solidify" it. This isn't the same as ice. Instead, it is a flowing yet solid surface. Oŗoros can wrap solid water in a minor illusion so it can look like something else. He can't do something as complex as a living being. A human would have a blank face and no muscle definition or clothes.
Can summon tidal waves.
Can pull water from the air.
Can create water.
