Duchy of Chaflen
Chaflen is a small principal state in the south west of Kingdom of Tiveldech. It is on the border with Kingdom of Erikadia and is charged with defense of that border. As such a strong martial tradition exists throughout the state, and the concept of chivalry is very important.
The mounted corps of Knights of Chaflen are famous through out the world for their skill in combat and their enormous tournaments where its on display. Intrestingly, despite their strength, the Duchy rarely involves itself in the politics surrounding those who claim the wooden crown of Tiveldech.
